A country which has the world’s largest democracy never held its Army answerable for the violation of human rights of thousands of the people in Jammu and Kashmir. Brutality in Kashmir has never been underlined by Indian and international media. United Nations has also failed in resolving the Kashmir issue between Pakistan and India and has not given due voice to holding accountable India for her atrocities in Kashmir. Human Rights Watch, Different Human Rights Organizations and Amnesty International revealed many reports on atrocities on Muslims in Indian held Kashmir but UN is quiet on this and does not willing to help the innocent Kashmiri people.
Kashmir is the most important but unresolved issue between Pakistan and India. It has faced the worst human rights violations and crimes against humanity. Indian Army is involved in killing the innocent Kashmiri people and no one is saying anything to them. No one is willing to give them punishment for this. No one is listening to the innocent Kashmiri people. Kashmiri people are suffering from extreme cruel behavior for the last many decades like torture, extrajudicial killings, mass murders, rape, torture, and abuse, exposition of unmarked graves, detentions and enforced disappearance. India has committed both; crime against peace and crime against humanity.
Accusing Pakistan for no reason and without any kind of solid proof is also very common for Indians and their leaders have been doing this thing since long time. India held Pakistan responsible for the violation of Line of control, supporting terrorists, bomb blasts in India etc. but never gave any kind of proof. Pakistan always asked for proofs and also asked for probing the matter but India had never done this. Why? If India is sos sure that Pakistan had done what they said, they why are they hesitant to give the proof? Without any kind of proof, Indian leaders and Indian Army personnel accuse Pakistan. And it is nothing more than gaining political mileage and getting attention of Indian public towards them because in India, if you blame Pakistan for anything, you will be more admired and favourite person of the Indian public.
The world’s largest democratic country has a failed democracy and they have failed to provide rights to the citizens.
